The 121-year-old cottage near Ken Griffin’s future Citadel headquarters in Brickell is getting a new home. Dade Heritage Trust, the nonprofit that leases the cottage on the City of Miami-owned land at 190 Southeast 12th Terrace, will be moving its headquarters to Coconut Grove, executive director Christine Rupp said. Rupp declined to disclose details on the new site’s address, size or how much the nonprofit paid for it.
