American Landmark Apartments expands South Florida presence with 214-unit Palm Beach County acquisition
American Landmark Apartments expanded its South Florida multifamily portfolio with the acquisition of a 214-unit apartment community in an unincorporated area between Boynton Beach and Lake Worth Beach. The Tampa-based investment manager purchased Savona Grand at 7132 Colony Club Drive, bringing its South Florida portfolio to four properties and its Florida holdings to 21 communities, according to the company’s news release.
